This course, focusing on “Filtration Fundamentls and Description of Liquid Filter (Hydraulic Fluids) Requirements and Standards,” was delivered by Mr. Saadatpour for the experts of Mobarakeh Steel Company in Isfahan on November 5 and 12.
During the course, participants were introduced to scientific references in the filtration industry, filters used in the oil, gas, and petrochemical industries, fundamentals of filter design for various fluids (air, gas, and oil), and the standards for filter testing in the oil, gas, and petrochemical sectors.
On the second day, the course covered the basics and mechanisms of liquid filters, filtration in hydraulic systems, filters used in petrochemical industries, filtration systems for water purification, and the requirements and standards for hydraulic filter testing. Additionally, the five standards for hydraulic oil filters—ISO-2941, ISO-2942, ISO-2943, ISO-16889, and ISO-3968—were explained in detail.
At the end of the course, certificates of attendance were awarded to the participants by Iran Filtech in collaboration with the Isfahan Science and Technology Town.
