On December 18, Iran Filtech shared its specialized presentations in the field of filtration and separation with the attendees of this conference.
A workshop titled “Guidelines for Inspection, Testing, and Acceptance of Air Intake Filters for Gas Turbines in Power Plants” was conducted by Mr. Saadatpour. The workshop elaborated on gas turbine air filtration systems, pre-construction filter requirements, and filter inspection and testing processes.
Additionally, Ms. Khalili presented a paper titled “The Impact of Geographic Conditions on Air Filtration for Gas Turbine Intakes and Filter Evaluation Using the New Standard (ISO 29461)” during the paper sessions.
This paper addressed the importance of air intake filtration for turbines, the influence of geographic regions, environmental pollutants at filter installation sites, key parameters for evaluating air filters, and standards such as ISO 29461:2021 and EN779-2012. The presentation was well-received by the attendees.
